The property is elegant state of the art, but the entire Team there is what makes them the best of the best. From the parking, front door, security, check in, housekeeping, spa, coffee lounge, gym-pool, cigar bar, restaurant and shop staff, you simply will not meet a finer group of people. There is nothing that the rooms are missing for a perfect stay, and even if there were something you could think of, the hotel Management would solve the issue in the blink of an eye. Pep, the brilliant manager, and every member of his team, make this hotel the finest of the amazing Dubai 5,star hotel scene. My advice, spoil yourself and go spend a week with them. I won’t use any other hotel in Dubai. Pep, just keep doing what you do. Please don’t change a thing. The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring all our needs were met with a smile. The swimming pool facilities were outstanding. While the beach wasn't the best we've experienced, it was still pleasant and well-maintained, offering a peaceful setting for relaxation.
