UNHAPPY! DÉÇUS !
Not happy because we were going to Singaporewith a stop in Dubai, on the way there and back. The stop on the outward journey was from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., we booked one night at the Armani with an early check-in via hotel.com. When the refund validity date expired, the hotel made us understand that early check in was no longer possible and that we had to take a night with a late check out. So finally we paid 2 nights for 8 hours! In addition we had booked 2 rooms! It is unacceptable ! This is a hotel we used to stay at, but we are very disappointed with this method. In addition we have reserved another 2 rooms for the return, we are forced to add one more night to avoid inconvenience. Pas content car nous partions à Singapour avec un stop à Dubai, à l’aller et au retour. Le stop à l’aller était de 07 à 18h, nous avons réservé au Armani une nuitée avec un check-in early via hôtel.com. Lorsque la date de validité de remboursement est arrivée à échéance, l’hôtel nous a fait comprendre que le early check in n’était plus possible et qu’il fallait prendre une nuitée avec un late check out . Donc finalement nous avons payé 2 nuitées pour 8h! De plus Nous avions réservé 2 chambres ! C’est inadmissible ! C’est un hôtel dans lequel nous avions l’habitude de séjourner, mais nous sommes très déçus de cette méthode. De plus nous avons réservé encore 2 chambres pour le retour, nous sommes contraints de rajouter une nuitée de plus pour éviter des désagréments. C’est scandaleux !

Tout est parfait. Mais il y a toujours du bruit de tuyaux ou de clim dans les chambres, meme quand c’est éteint. Ce qui fait que c’est assez bruyant la nuit. On a prevenu la réception, mais on a l’impression que c’est structurel…!! Dommage.. sinon tout est bien

Oui mais....
Le séjour s’est bien passé mais je dois dire que cet hôtel mérite vraiment un peu de rénovation. Un autre défaut était le bruit même si nous étions au 38ėme étage nous entendions le bruit de construction d’un immeuble en face à partir de 6h du matin. Nous avions une suite signature à un prix très éleve et lorsque j’étais dans le bureau je pouvais suivre parfaitement une conversation dans la chambre à côté (autre client) donc l’isolation est à revoir! À part cela effectivement cet hôtel est spectaculaires.

Hôtel à la fois se voulant très moderne mais qui a plus de 10 ans. Éclairage avec iPad etc... mais pas de prises usb aux bons endroits... Les demandes faites via iPad ont la réponse lente Service froid... et lent On nous demande à 11h15 à quelle heure on fait le Check out quand... cela fait 10 mn que la commande iPad « pickup the luggage «  est faite... donc moyen...

Le personnel était très collant ???
Je m'attendais à quelque chose de WAWW. Mais c'était très décevant. C'est triste comme ambiance tout est ( murs et meubles ) L'architecture est décevante, tout est arrondie, même la porte des salles de bains la cerise sur le gâteau la commande électrique de tout dans la chambre, Lumière, T.V Rideaux est sur tablette. Aucun confort.... Enfin, heureusement que mon séjour n'était pas long.

Séjour très agréable (c'était le but). Chambre spacieuse, minibar a volonté et rempli durant la journée, 2 toilettes, 1 baignoire, 1 douche avec des produits Armani. Wifi performant, Spa, Sauna et Piscine à volonté. Petit déj superbe. Personnel serviable et souriant. Bref le retour à la vie parisienne de tous les jours (Metro boulot dodo) fut difficile.

The hotel to go if you are in town! Everything is as close from perfect as possible. 2 little things: classical rooms are better than a Deluxe and the checking is à bit long (15 mn) than it's pure confort. Enjoy it but let à room free for me!

良かった点 ・とても広くて清潔だった。 ・トラブルが起きても、マネージャーさんが誠実に柔軟に対応してくれて、とても嬉しかった。 ・ご飯は現地の料理が味わえるコーナーや、アイスやドーナツなどのデザートもあり、幅広く楽しめた。 ・ドバイファウンテンを、プライベートな空間で何回も一望することができた。窓ガラスさえなければ、ここ以上の場所はないと感じた。 少し困ったこと。 ・違うホテルからアルマーニホテルに向かったが、タクシーが入れないらしく、ドバイモールの中を歩き回ることになった。素直にフロントに電話をし、迎えに来てもらうのが1番早くて良いと思う。 ・iPadの操作で電気の明るさを確認できるが、 慣れるまでに少し時間がかかった。 ・カバンがなかなかこなくて、外に出られないことがあった。その後の対応は１つ１つが本当に素晴らしく、新しいホテルに来たみたいだった。 困ることはあったものの、ここに泊まることができて本当に良かったです。
