This excellent one-bedroom apartment is on the 57th floor of a luxury high-rise in Business Bay. It is fully furnished with all the commodities for a pleasant stay. The property is close to various top attractions (Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Fountain, etc.), plenty of good restaurants and shops, and Business Bay station is 10-mins away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!

Situated in Business Bay, near the iconic Burj Khalifa, this apartment is the best place to stay for a vacation in Dubai!  
  
Modern and tastefully decorated, this apartment is designed with an open floor plan. Sit back and relax in the comfy living room, fitted with a comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a coffee table, and a dining area for four. There's also a balcony with a seating area, should you want to lounge and enjoy some fresh air!  
  
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook a delicious meal.  
  
The bedroom has a king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.  
  
The bathroom has all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.  
  
The home is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Guest Access:  
Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).  
  
Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.  
  
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.  
  
Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500\. We have limited time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to make sure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time. We hope you can be considerate of this, respect the checkout time and remain fair to the next guests.
