Lakefront Retreat-Sleeps 13 Summary: Come to our gorgeous lake front retreat, which is perfect for your next vacation with 5 bedrooms and 6 full baths. Enjoy being right on the lake with a private dock and beautiful views of Treasure Lake. Property kid’s bikes, fishing poles (will need acquire license which can be done at Walmart), and fire pit - we will provide a starter amount of firewood and will need to buy more if you're a big firepit like us :) Kitchen and bathrooms include all your required accessories. There are numerous times throughout the year with snow, storms and the power goes out some time for days but with this house is equipped with a back up generator that you won't ever have to worry about no power! Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire home, yard, and private dock. The Neighborhood: Treasure Lake is perfect area for a family vacation, with tons of activities to offer-there’s surely something for everyone in the family! We have compiled a list of our top choices! Community Pool- Head to the pool to enjoy swimming in the large pool with a waterslide. While there you can get quick meals, snacks, or ice cream at Pirate's Cove or enjoy the outdoor poolside movie or the live music (music and movie are 1x/week during summer months only). Community Beaches- 2 on Treasure Lake and 1 on Bimini Lake. Little Flipper Lake- Walking on the nature trail around the small lake or fish in this smaller catch and release fishing pond Golf- Treasure Lake has two golf courses, which both also have small restaurants at the clubhouse for everyone to meet up for a drink or a meal after golfing. Bilger's rocks - Bilger's Rocks is a super cool natural area in Clearfield County featuring sandstone formations and recreational areas, including caves, cliffs, passageways, climbing routes and more. Downtown DuBois - There is also the town of Dubois to explore if you're looking for more restaurants, grocery stores, or basic shopping needs. https://www.visittreasurelake.com Other Things to Note: Please note: From week of memorial day to labor day: we require a minimum 5-day booking but there are times where there might be orphan dates in the middle so 2-4 days can be available. Due to the number of bad guests, please read the following basic rules very carefully: 1\. If the number of guests requested is not the same as the actual usage, we have the right to evict and we will report to the booking channel. Please be honest about the actual number of guests. 2\. Absolutely no usage of the property for "house parties". If the police are ever called by the neighbors, then immediate eviction will take place. 3\. Absolutely no smoking (pot included) in the house and if there is evidence of smoking in the house a $350 sanitizing fee will be charged. 4\. Quiet Hours 8pm-8am. Please understand many of our neighbors are full-time residents of the lake. Quiet time is 8pm-8am. You are welcome to use our outdoor spaces during quiet hours but please no loud music or yelling. If you cannot abide these house rules, please do not rent from us. We prefer to rent it to people who would value a nice place to stay. SECURITY CAMERAS Our properties are equipped with exterior Ring Cameras/Doorbells and are capable of recording video and audio. There are also may be internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity and decibel level. Treasure Lake doesn’t allow any outside boats on the lake. You CANNOT bring your own motorized boat. There are no exceptions to this rule and there’s no where on the lake to rent a motorized boat for a day. The marina does have paddle board, paddle boat, canoe and kayaks rentals. 4 Beach passes are included in the house-more are available for purchase if needed. $3 a pass. Passes will allow access to all of the area beaches. Guest passes for pool are also included in the house. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out at anytime. The only minor criticisms were that we did not locate the indoor pool mentioned in the description and there was no propane for the grill. A phone number I had previously been given to report problems by our POC turned out to be for emergencies only. A follow-up email directed to VRBO was responded to in a reasonable time, with a rep dropping off a full propane tank. The bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen was well setup. The deck was huge and provided a fine view of the lake. The consensus of the group was that we would definitely like to return next year. ##### ruth c. This is our third year at treasure lake, and we had a wonderful time as always. This rental was gorgeous, a rare time that reality is even better than the pictures online. This house was a perfect setting. It was very spacious and clean. It had so many nice touches that added to our experience. The host was great! He answered questions promptly and did his best to ensure we had a great stay. The views were so peaceful and beautiful. It was a fantastic stay and I would highly recommend it! ##### Kim H. Everything from the welcome basket to a stocked kitchen to fluffy towels exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean, and the layout worked well. Our family ranged from early 20s to mid 90s, everyone was able to find fun. We all enjoyed the kayaks and inflatables on the lake. Lots of fish were caught (and released). We liked the quietness of the neighborhood and the peacefulness of being on an inlet of the lake. So much wildlife including deer, ducks, racoons, squirrels, and bald eagles. The pictures don't do justice to how beautiful the house and yard are. We had 7 family members ranging in ages from 17 to over 60\. It was serene and relaxing. The kitchen was wonderful to cook in. There were kyaks for our use and plenty of space! Henry is a most gracious host, providing us with recommendations for things to do and places to go. Every question was answered quickly. We really have no complaints at all. In short, we loved it. Thank you, Henry and we hope to be back! ##### Clare B. This spacious house was perfect for our family gathering to celebrate my twin grandchildren's birthday weekend. The place was very clean. It has a beautiful well supplied kitchen. The bedrooms are large and have a lot of closet space. The deck is magnificent. Being on the lake is a huge plus. Kayaking and fishing were tons of fun for the whole family. Henry, the owner, was very responsive to our questions. I would definitely stay here again. ##### John D.
