"Our problem was that on arrival we were told that we had been upgraded. We assumed it was for the whole week we were there but it was only for 3 nights. After that we were in 2 different rooms. We had to insist that after only one might in a room, our next room would be for the remaining 3 nights. We are both elderly and need consistency. Perhaps initially a different room was found for us because the booked room was down many steep steps. But the "upgrade" was not made clear. Nobody wants to go...

"Kosmitis was the perfect hotel for us.. The hotel property itself is beautiful and it's 10-15 minutes walk along the beach from all the best restaurants and the center of Naoussa. The staff were all so friendly and personable that you quickly start to forget you are staying in a hotel. Finally, the food and cocktails by the pool were excellent. "Fantastic hotel. The people are amazing. Sophia the most warm and wonderful woman that did the breakfast. Athena bright as a button in front desk. Absolutely delightful person. Eva on reception with a dry humour. The fast Pandelis in the beach who looked after a whole beach load of people, faster than a speeding bullet. We have seen him 3 times in the last 12 years. Never seems to age. It’s our favourite place to visit, once you come you’re hooked. The people treat you like family. Bravo and thank you. "
