Tucked away in a small and quiet neighborhood on the southern outskirts of town, yet it’s still conveniently walkable or bike able to town. No A/C so be prepared to use the property's provided fans in the summer. I don't mind being warmer in the summer but I'm not addicted to A/C like many are nowadays.
