« Premier séjour en Allemagne en hôtel et le personnel ne sourit pas c'est sûr! Hors de question de généraliser. La gestion du petit déjeuner a été catastrophique. Arrivés à 9h30 pour une clôture annoncée pour 10 h. C'est tôt, j'ai souvent vu 11h ailleurs dans le monde. Comme il y a beaucoup de monde, il manque . On pense avoir le temps de revenir mais à 10h02, le personnel ferme l'accès via un rideau. Quelques personnes sont encore à l'intérieur 2,3 personnes se précipitent pour avoir un dernier...

« Tout bien, sauf qu'ils nous avaient attribué une chambre avec une porte intérieure communiquant à la chambre à côté de la nôtre. Et le grand soucis c'est que les portes pouvaient s'ouvrir et donc nos voisins auraient pu avoir accès à notre chambre pendant la nuit ou pendant notre absence en journée. Pas très rassurant Nous avons vu avec la réception pour demander à changer de chambre, ce qui a été fait dans la foulée »

« Excellent location and great value for money The hotel’s location is exceptional, right in the city center and next to the Christmas markets. Everything is within walking distance, which makes it very convenient. It takes about a 20-minute walk from the train station. The hotel is clean, although a bit dated. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable. Soundproofing is fairly good, there is naturally some noise in the evening due to the nearby Christmas market, but it didn’t bother us at...
