The holiday apartment Appartment 1 Souterrain with step-free interior in Dresden is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. The 42 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space with a garden and barbecue amenities.  
  
The basement apartment offers a shared outdoor area with a garden and barbecue, which you can use. Public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away. Free parking is available on the street. A maximum of two pets is allowed. Smoking and hosting events are not permitted.
