It was nice to have chairs to sit on and watch the river. Of course there is the hot tub. About a 10 minute drive to get to every thing in Estes Park. I feel there should be a review and check process after a stay. There was an issue with the BBQ. The toilet paper holder was broken so TP was on back of toilet. The WiFi doesn’t work well. If you need to work on your vacation there will be a problem. We have Verizon and only had one bar so cell service was spotty and didn’t always work. ##### Scott G. Beautiful scenery with the Big Thompson river right behind the property. We would definitely stay again. My husband fished when we weren’t in the national park.
