It was exactly what we were looking for in a short stay. The creek out back is pretty great and we loved sleeping to the sound of running water. The only two criticisms I have is we ran out of toilet paper, as there was no extra, and the hot tub had too much chlorine in it which made us cough like crazy. Having the river right outside the balcony was definitely a plus! We did not use the hot tub - so cannot review that part. The mattress was not comfortable and we struggled to keep from rolling to the middle. But we really enjoyed leaving the window open at night to hear the river. One thing that really bothered us was the water - it had a bad taste. We couldn't drink much of it and even the coffee didn't taste good because of it.
