Unit Layout  
The accommodation is a 6-room house spanning 250 square meters across two levels. The spacious and comfortable furnishings create a tasteful ambiance. On the ground floor, there is a living room with an open-hearth fireplace and a TV, leading out to a terrace. Additionally, there is an open dining room with a dining table, also with access to the terrace. One bedroom features a French bed (160 cm) and a shower, with a direct exit to the garden. Another bedroom has a French bed (160 cm), a bath/shower/WC, and an exit to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with a hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and Nespresso capsules (extra). It also has a small dining table and an exit to the terrace. There is a separate WC on this level. The upper floor has two rooms, each with a French bed (140 cm), a shower, and an exit to the terrace. There is also a separate WC on this floor.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. These include electric heating, a terrace measuring 30 square meters, a roofed terrace of 15 square meters, terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs overlooking the garden. Additionally, there is a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, and hair dryer available for your convenience. Internet access (WiFi) is provided free of charge. It is important to note that this is a non-smoking property with a smoke alarm installed.

The maximum capacity of the property is 8 guests. However, if there are fewer guests staying, some bedrooms and one floor may not be available for use.
