The shared heated swimming pool, measuring 15 x 7 meters, is available seasonally from May 15th to September 15th, providing a refreshing escape during the warmer months. Enjoy the privacy of the fenced pool area, complete with a dedicated children's pool and an outdoor shower for added convenience. "Les Grenaches" is a 4-room terraced house spanning 130 square meters across two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable living room with an open-hearth fireplace (solely for decoration purposes), a television, and air conditioning. Adjacent to the living room is a bedroom with three single beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and a shower/WC. This room provides direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms: one with three single beds (90 cm, length 190 cm) and a bath/WC, and another with a French double bed (160 cm, length 190 cm) and a shower/WC. The property features electric heating throughout.

During your vacation at "Les Grenaches," you will have access to a range of amenities to enhance your stay. The property boasts a spacious 30-square-meter terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue area, perfect for alfresco dining or relaxing in the sun.
