First, we did not know that this property is on the hill side where there is no access to any public transportation including taxi. Although there is supermarket nearby but we have walk downhill and uphill. We were unlucky that the property was affected by the storm that all the piping was backed filled into the kitchen and bath room with one inch of flooding with water. We have contacted the owner for some settlement but so far there is no news for the past two weeks. The property is under renovation but not completed. The facility provided is minimal and correspondence is poor.
