Tucked away in the peaceful woodlands of Dover, this charming one-bedroom guest house offers a stylish and affordable escape near Land Between the Lakes, Kentucky Lake, and Paris Landing. The cozy guest house space is thoughtfully designed for up to four guests, featuring a bunk bed in a semi-private nook, a comfy full-size sleeper sofa, and a 55” Smart HDTV that swivels for viewing from both the bunk bed and living area. The kitchenette includes essentials for light cooking, and the modern furnishings create a welcoming vibe perfect for couples or friends exploring north-central Tennessee.  
  
Step outside to enjoy a spacious yard with a fire pit, BBQ grill, and easy access to nearby outdoor attractions. High-speed Wi-Fi, keyless entry, and onsite parking add to the convenience.
