Travis is a great host who pays attention to the little things like providing a well-stocked coffee bar, an assortment of soaps, chilled wine glasses and frosted beer mugs. Unfortunately, this property is a subdivided old house that falls short on the big things. The main bed's springs are shot, making it far too soft. The bathroom is tiny and smells musty. The walls and ceiling allow in every noise from adjacent units. The retrofitted sprinkler system leaves many ugly exposed pipes. The driveway is more mud than gravel on rainy days. With these shortcomings, this property is not worth the price. ##### Steven D.
