« Nice and clean proprerty that could have been a very nice place to stay if not for the work taking place in the backyard for the duration of our stay. This prevented us from using the backyard in a private and quiet setting and was also at times a nuissance even when inside. Onwer should have informed us before renting of scheduled work. Also, neigbours dogs barking in the mddle of the night were an issue. »

« We wanted an easy place within walking distance of campus and this casita was perfect. Listing was accurate and communication very smooth. We were a bit surprised by the small size of the alley access and parking - our minivan just fit within the gate. But once we had been in and out a few times we were comfortable. »

« Casa Accogliente easily merits 5 stars for the usual things - it's very clean, very comfortable and very quiet. But it deserves bonus stars for the peace it provides.
