Our only fairly minor complaint would just be that the second floor was pretty warm. The air conditioning unit seemed to have trouble cooling the main floor even but especially the second floor bedrooms. It was unusually warm outside (80s) for this time of year. We had a power outage due to severe storms in the area which made the online guide book impossible to access so I recommend screenshotting some things in case this happens to you during your stay! Even Once the power was restored, the internet never worked again. So accessing guidebook, maps, internet searches for local things to do etc was not possible and the TVs wouldn’t work either. When we tapped it, just two random numbers would be lit. It was just the luck of the draw if we got it to show the full panel so we could enter our code. Might have been user error! As much as we would have loved to see the space in the summer and use it's summer amenities, it was a stellar hideaway for a friends retreat in the middle of January.Everything was spotless and so dang tasteful. The bedrooms were amazing with the softest sheets and pillows we've ever experienced away from home. The showers and bathrooms were fantastic. Nice soap, too! We had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen and cooked most of our meals at home. (Made sure to check out The Southerner - a MUST have).We had so much fun in the living room and downstairs game room with cozy fireplaces and comfortable furniture. Of course - NO vacation is complete without a hot tub and it was the highlight of the weekend. Even as cold as it was - enjoying an amazing hot tub under the stars with deer running around was unforgettable.It was a wonderful weekend.Thanks so much Art Coast Properties!
