Welcome to Luxe Loft Deux, where urban style and small-town charm blend effortlessly in one of the most sought-after locations along Michigan’s Art Coast. Perched above a popular local restaurant, this spacious, sun-filled loft puts you steps away from the best of Douglas—renowned art galleries, cozy cafés, boutique shops, and some of the area’s finest dining are literally outside your door.  
  
As you step inside, you'll be captivated by the bright and airy living space, illuminated by a dramatic wall of windows that showcases the vibrant streetscape below. The open-concept layout features soaring ceilings and a seamless flow between the stylish living room and the fully equipped kitchen, complete with two wraparound stone countertops—perfect for everything from casual breakfasts to gourmet dinners.  
  
This loft comfortably sleeps up to eight guests across three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each featuring a plush king bed with high-quality linens:  
  
The primary suite is a private haven on the main floor with an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and direct access to the patio.  
  
The second main-floor bedroom also opens to the private patio and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom that connects to the living space.  
  
Upstairs, an expansive open loft bedroom overlooks the main floor and offers a third king bed along with a queen sofa bed—ideal for families or groups.  
  
Step outside to your private balcony patio, a cozy, elevated space perfect for morning coffee or evening wine as you soak in the ambiance of downtown Douglas. Tucked just above one of the town’s most beloved restaurants, you’re mere steps from galleries, boutiques, wine bars, and cafés.

You will enjoy full and private access to the entire home and patio during your stay. The parking area and entryway are shared with another unit in the building.  
  
You'll access the home from the alley behind the building, where you'll find one designated parking space. Additional vehicles may park on the street or in a free public lot just a half block away. All parking in the area is free.  
  
The house has a keypad on the front door, and we'll send you the code just before your stay. Should you have questions or encounter any issues, we will be available to respond quickly.  
  
You're welcome to bring up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs along, but please let us know when booking if your pet(s) will be joining you. So that we can continue welcoming dogs to the house, we ask that you please wipe their paws before entering, keep them off furniture and pick up after them.  
  
The loft is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the building, so there are many steps required to reach it.

This is a gorgeous space in the heart of Douglas and walking distance to the water and Saugatuck. One of the nicest vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed at - just beautiful and well appointed. Highly recommend!

#### Peaceful Privacy in Douglas

Beautiful four bedroom condo in the heart of Douglas. Clean, well equipped and quiet. Two of the bedrooms are loft bedrooms, so open. Entry is from the alley but the large stairway and well-kept entrance way is a plus. As is the designated parking spot. Overall, the unit is very nice. Roomy and furnished nicely. We enjoyed our stay within close proximity to the summer busy-ness of Saugatuck but in peaceful, quaint Douglas with its small shops and good restaurants located in a hstoric neighborhood with friendly people.The condo is two short blocks to the Douglas waterfront with multiple piers, kayaking and fishing. There is a very nice gazebo to take in the view, and a playground for the kids right in the middle of town.Only downside to the condo is that the large, very nice, deck off the back is positioned two stories above the refuse container for a local restaurant. It did not bother us, but it is there.Great stay over a long weekend. Would stay again.
