(Family) holiday from 49,00 € per day in a cozy 3-star Risel holiday home in Dornumersiel, Konsul-Fokken-Str. 6, 26553 Dornumersiel (near beach FH and others with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with sauna, WLAN, telephone, fireplace, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fenced terrace with beach chair, private fenced playground, garden, barbecue, dogs are also welcome)
Holiday for the whole family at a very good price / performance ratio. In our approx. 95 m² Holiday home on the North Sea is suitable for up to 7 persons (max 4 adults + 3 children) incl.-beds + 1 bunk bed for 2 children + 1 cot) and you can bring up to 2 dogs. Our house has its own fenced playground and a garden and is u. a. equipped with a sauna, wireless internet, telephone, fireplace, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, cooker with ceramic hob and with oven, microwave, toaster and a barbecue and beach chair on the terrace. It also has a small wall-mounted wardrobe in the parents' bedroom. In addition, the Risel-Ferienhaus has a fenced-in terrace, a. with life trees as a screen protector. The very reasonable prices are including washing machine and dryer usage, final cleaning and energy costs. In addition, we have for our guests from the spring on the beach of Dornumersiel up until the fall of a beach chair, which is available in the accounting period on each straight day. In about 500 m distance to the Risel-Ferienhaus is located, a. a supermarket and various restaurants.
My house is u. a. equipped with various toys, a tricycle and a cart and is rented all year round. Enjoy with us a well deserved holiday, regardless of the season and at the same time do something for your health.
Especially healthy is the bracing climate of the lake during the cold season. After a walk through the cold sea air, you can warm up in the sauna and relax by the fireplace fire.
Note for train travelers:
If you plan to arrive by train, we can organize on request a shuttle service from the train stations z. B. in Esens or north to the House.
Our house is ideal for families with children. Pets are also welcome. You will find our cozy detached east of Dornumersiel Deep. To the nearest supermarket is just 5 minutes walk and the beach is on foot in about 15 - 20 minutes.
On the upper floor of the Risel-Ferienhauses you will find the master bedroom with double bed and a children's bed as well as the children's room with 2 single beds and a bunk bed for 2 children, a table and chairs and a flat screen TV. Furthermore, there is a shower room upstairs.
On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and CD player as well as numerous books. The kitchen was renewed in 2018 and is equipped with a dining table, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, table-top oven, toaster, coffee maker and other kitchen utensils. On the ground floor there is a second shower room available.
Outside you will find a wind-sheltered south-facing terrace with a beach basket, as well as a sauna, newly renovated in 2016, in the annexe. For the younger guests we have a house playground for children and a playground. We also provide a wagon and a tricycle available.
Would you like to borrow sheets and towels? For this purpose locally 10.00 € / person is charged. In this case, the beds are already booked upon arrival.
Do you want firewood for the fireplace? For this, € 4,00 per wooden pack is charged on the spot.
In our holiday house are also up to 2 dogs or Cats welcome. For them a daily fee of 5.00 € per dog or Cat raised.
In the main / holiday season the house is only weekly (i.th. Sat. Sat.).
For a shorter stay of 2 - 6 days (only bookable outside of the holiday season) we charge an extra charge of 10,00 € for 6 nights to 50 € for 2 nights. An overnight stay is not possible.
In addition, the spa rises seasonally a spa tax, for which you get the North Sea Service Card.
That costs the North Sea ServiceCard (as of 2018):

#### Wunderschöner Spontanaufenthalt
Unser Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und die Kommunikation mit ihm verlief einwandfrei. Sowie unser Empfang vor Ort durch seinen Mitarbeiter und so war es ein leichtes direkt in den Urlaub zu starten. Highlights waren die Abende vor dem Kamin, nach einem Saunagang :) Es ist alles da was man braucht und alles ist super gepflegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

#### Schöner Kurzurlaub
Wir waren nur für ein Wochenende dort. Wir haben genau das bekommen, was das Inserat versprochen hat. Sauber und gut ausgestattet, etwas alt aber liebevoll. Das Haus liegt in einem Wohngebiet, etwas ab vom Strand, hat aber einen kleinen Garten, einen eigenen Spielplatz und eine Terasse. Das Haus ist Kinder- und hundefreundlich eingerichtet. Einziges kleines Manko: Es war sehr kalt (Februar). Die erste Nacht haben wir wirklich gefroren. Der Supermarkt hatte leider schon zu und der Holzvorrat im Carport war leider auch leer, weswegen wir den schönen Kamin am Abend nicht nutzen konnten. Hätten wir das vorher nochmal angesprochen, hätte der Vermieter aber auch Holz zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Ort an sich ist sehr gemütlich, ruhig und sauber. Der Kontakt war einfach und freundlich. #### Jahreswechsel
Wir haben den Jahreswechsel 23/24 im Ferienhaus Risel verbracht. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt, besonders die Sauna haben wir sehr genossen.Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet.

#### Schöner Aufenthalt mit Hund
Wir haben das Haus genauso vorgefunden, wie beschrieben. Dank des Schlüsselsafes kommt man ohne Probleme auch noch abends ins Haus. Die Ausstattung war sehr umfangreich (viel besser, als in anderen Ferienhäusern). Für den Urlaub mit Hund optimal, da alles gefliest ist und es eine kleine eingezäunte Terrasse gibt. Die Lage ist optimal, um mal eben zum Markant Markt mit touristenfreundlichen Öffnungszeiten zu gehen, eine Runde zum Hafen zu laufen, in einem der Restaurants einzukehren oder um eine der ostfriesischen Inseln zu besuchen. Die Kommunikation sowohl mit dem Vermieter, als auch dem Verwalter vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Wir können das Risel-Haus weiterempfehlen.

Eine schöne Terrasse,wo man sich ungestört aufhalten kann.Das große Haus bietet sehr viel Platz für eine Familie mit Hund und Kindern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Risel Ferienhaus ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Gute Lage und Beschreibung sehr passend. Nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Sehr funktionelle Ausstattung. Allerdings teilweise recht alt und durchaus Neuausstattung sinnvoll.

#### Erholsamer schöner Urlaub
Geräumiges Haus und gute Lage. Edeka kann Fußläufig erreicht werden. Strand auch nah. Gute Austattung, viel Abstellfläche und ausreichend Platz in den Schränken insbesondere in der Küche, so das auch die eigenen Lebensmittel gut verstaut werden können. 2 vollausgestattete Bäder, so dass 2 gleichzeitig duschen können und auch hier ausreichend Staufläche. Schnelles Internet in allen Räumen, sogar auf der Wiese vorm Haus noch. Waschmaschine und Trockner in separaten Raum, wo auch Bügelmöglichkeit besteht. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

#### Unterkunft mit Abstrichen
Im Haus findet man alles was man braucht. Allerdings ist es sehr in die Jahre gekommen, was man direkt am Mobiliar erkennen kann. Es ist sehr verwohnt und bei der Sauberkeit muss man mindestens 1 Auge zudrücken. Haben uns aber nicht beschwert weil es mehr als nur einer kurzen Grundreinigung bedurfte. Lage ist gut allerdings scheint die Nordsee nicht sehr hundefreundlich zu sein. Eigentlich überall Leinenzwang. Leider. Da wir schönes Wetter hatten konnten wir trotzdem Die Zeit genießen

#### Im Großen und Ganzen o.k. - aber ein paar Schwächen
Die Unterkunft war o.k.,jedoch haben uns ein paar Dinge gestört. 1\. Die Sauna durfte nicht benutzt werden, als Grund wurde vom Verwalter „Corona“ genannt. Das war jedoch nirgends ersichtlich und auch aufgrund der derzeitigen Lage sehr unverständlich. 2\. Die Mülltonnen waren am Anreisetag schon so voll,dass nach unserer Woche sind die Mülltüten daneben häuften. 3\. Die Grills auf der Terrasse waren wie so oft in Ferienhäusern,einfach dreckig und es lagen Zigarettenkippen drin. 4.soll nicht pingelig klingen,aber auch in den Ecken des Badezimmers im EG können Mal die Spinnenweben entfernt werden.

#### Urlaub mit Hund
Das Objekt ist super. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Schön das es einige Restaurants gibt, wo der Hund mit rein darf. Nachteil, der Hundestrand ist in Nessmersiel. Zu fahren knapp 11km. Ansonsten alles gut. Wir wollten die Besichtigung der Windkraftanlage buchen. Keine Chance. Entweder kamen wir nicht durch oder es ging keiner ans Telefon.
