The cottage is well appointed with supplies and amenities. The hosts left us some yummy local treats to enjoy as well. I worked all summer and stayed here for the first week of September. There are many well thought out details to be found. The location was great for us, far enough out to be "away" but a short ride to Charlottetown, Rustico, the beaches, or Cavendish. This was such a gorgeous little house to stay in and the perfect home base from which to explore Charlottetown, PEI national park, many beaches, and other sights. The house was immaculate and had so many small touches we really appreciated (bedside tables with little lamps on each side of the bed, lots of hooks, kitchen amenities, plenty of towels, etc). Our host quickly responded to every question I had and was very helpful. Beautiful location with herons in the cove most days. Prepare for mosquitos but that’s not specific to this property.
