Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 3-room apartment that spans across two levels and is located on the 3rd floor. The unit has been fully renovated in 2022 and features modern furnishings. The open living/dining room area includes a dining table and satellite TV (flat screen) with access to a balcony. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove (4 gas rings), toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is a shower/bidet/WC on the main level. The upper floor, accessible by an open staircase, has sloping ceilings and includes one double bedroom with a rooflight, an open alcove with one bed, and an open gallery with sloping ceilings and a rooflight, containing one double bed. Another shower/bidet/WC is located on the upper floor. The floors are made of natural stone, and there is a small balcony offering a marvelous panoramic view of the lake, mountains, and the resort.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. Air conditioning and gas heating are available to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout your stay. A washing machine is provided for your convenience, and free WiFi internet access is included. The apartment allows one pet/dog, making it a suitable option for those traveling with furry companions. Please note that the unit is strictly non-smoking, and there is no parking available. While there is no enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in open-plan spaces such as the gallery and alcove.
