This delightful vacation rental is a charming two-story detached house nestled in a quiet, sunny position just 20 km from the picturesque lake. Offering a serene escape, the property boasts a beautiful private garden, perfect for relaxation. Guests can enjoy the garden furniture, barbecue facilities, and a cozy fireplace. Additionally, ample parking is available for up to three cars.

Embrace the great outdoors at this idyllic retreat. Take advantage of the well-equipped garden, complete with comfortable furniture and a barbecue area, inviting you to savor al fresco dining and leisure time amidst nature's beauty. The property's unique feature is a carved room within a sandstone rock, providing a cozy sitting area and an additional barbecue spot. Furthermore, an elevated sitting area atop the rock offers breathtaking views and a delightful spot for outdoor gatherings.

Conveniently located, the property offers easy access to various amenities. A shop and restaurant are within 300 meters, while the "Vidim" bus stop is merely 400 meters away. The "Liběchov" railway station is 7 km from the property, and an outdoor swimming pool is just 5 km away. The upper floor has an open, 1 room with 4 beds, providing enough space for a family vacation.

The cottage features amenities such as a Barbecue, Fireplace (Scandinavian wood stove), Heat Available (Electric heating and wood heating), and a Microwave. It can accommodate a maximum capacity of 6 guests, with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
