Property Summary  
Villa Settimo Cielo is a detached, two-story cottage built in 2010, surrounded by trees and meadows in the district of Santa Brigida, Dolcedo, Italy. It offers a private, natural state property spanning 1,000 square meters with a terraced garden. The cottage comes equipped with a burglar alarm system, Internet Wifi, parking for three cars on the premises, and a yard.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a terraced garden in a natural setting, covering an area of 1,000 square meters. It is surrounded by trees and meadows, providing a serene and peaceful environment. The grounds are not fenced, allowing for an open and expansive outdoor experience.  
  
Other Information  
Please note that the property is not suitable for small children, and groups of teenagers are accepted only upon request. Access to the holiday rental is via a 200-meter long, very bumpy, steep, and narrow unmade road, which may present challenges for some visitors.

The property is conveniently located within proximity to various amenities and attractions. It is 5 kilometers from the center of Dolcedo, 9 kilometers from the center of Imperia, and 25 kilometers from the center of San Remo. The nearest sandy beach, San Lorenzo al Mare, is 9 kilometers away, while the indoor swimming pool is 12 kilometers away. Additionally, the bathing lake Lecchiore is just 7 kilometers from the property. Walking paths can be accessed directly from the house at a distance of 500 meters. Other nearby facilities include shops, supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants, bars, bakeries, and the Imperia Porto Maurizio railway station within a 5 to 10-kilometer range.

This 5-room house spans 150 square meters across two levels, offering a beautiful and cozy ambiance. On the ground floor, you'll find a room with two beds (80 cm), another with a single bed (120 cm), and a third room with one bed (80 cm) and a French bed (160 cm), all with direct access to the garden. The upper level, accessible via a spiral staircase, features a living room with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and satellite TV, leading out to a balcony. Additionally, there is a room with a French bed (160 cm) and a kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, providing access to a terrace.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. These include a washing machine, iron, internet access (WiFi), and the option to bring two pets or dogs. Outdoor spaces are well-appointed with terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, and a box-room. Heating is provided through an underfloor system, and there are two bathrooms, one with a shower and separate toilet, and the other with a bath, bidet, and toilet.

This stunning vacation home, named "Settimo Cielo (DOL400)," boasts panoramic views of the countryside and the ocean, creating a picturesque setting for your stay.
