Amazing experience as expected from Westin. This is our second stay with the Marriot group, Westin chains, first time in Doha. Hotel was clean, many amenities, access to spa and above all the staff, it really makes a difference to the stay and feel of the country you are visiting. A special mention to Nas Cho, Anjana, Sana, Grishma and Manisha for greeting and serving us with upmost love and friendliness. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was good and providing us quality customer service. Our baby grew fond of the whole team. All staff in general were very helpful

I have been to different hotel in Doha and I can say that it is the best I have stayed. Bedroom are big and clean, people in the hotek are all very welcoming and nice As the hotel was not full they allowed me late check out They have a variety of excellent restaurant, special mention to Hunters meat restaurant

My second stay in Westin doha, my first was in 2019. The hotel is keeping very high standards in personnel. Special thanks to sajed who check us in with great hospitality. We booked the one room excutive suite for my mum and i. Very nice and specious. Well kept and great facilities. Breakfast is soo good specially with brilliant team focusing on each individual. Special thanks to the team who surprised me even further during my breakfast with a please get back soon dessert since it was my last day in the hotel. They made my day thanks. In room dining is quick, varies and really good too. Westin is a city luxury hotel in doha so unfortunately it has inner nice view on the yard. But both lobby and lounge are very nice.

Great hotel, very clean with spacious lovely rooms. We stayed half board and the quality of food and service at the restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. I would highly recommend the Westin Doha mainly for their fabulous staff who really made our stay so comfortable. Thank you Sajid, Jalena, Sufiyan, Kshitij, Mercy, Stephen, Felix, Sabin, Naoufil. We hope to visiting again soon.

I have really enjoyed my stay at the Westin Doha spa hotel. The customer service that we have received has been unmatched. Particularly from Ghufran and Mustapha at front desk. Making us feel very welcomed and giving us suggestions of places to visit in Doha. Micheal from the pool side has been welcoming and catering to our needs also providing a friendly chat. Kindness from staff has made my first time in Qatar worthwhile and I hope to be back soon.

This was our first time in Doha and this hotel left an amazing impression on us, we will definitely be back. The staff were amazing from the minute we walked in until we checked out. We felt looked after and cared for. We also dined at Hunter’s which was delightful and again the best service from Shafiqul. We had the opportunity to use their spa facilities and booked two treatments there. Elma was an amazing therapist with magic hands! We will definitely revisit this hotel!

Staff were warm and professional. They responded to requests with impressive speed. The breakfast was excellent every day with a wide range of tasty options. We enjoyed experimenting. We had Christmas dinner at Hunters Grill, the food was fabulous and the attention to detail was particularly noteworthy. The handling of allergies was superb - unflappable efficiency! The chef took the time to come to our table to talk to us and reassure us. We felt safe and well cared for. Betty, our hostess for the evening, was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay immensely and look forward to a return visit in the near future.

Very Attentive Staff

Lovely hotel reception, fabulous breakfast with very attentive staff who really can’t do enough for you!! The only let was how tired the property is in areas with the bedrooms (had a room change due to damp smell) all smelling very damp and fusty!! you can also smell this along the corridors. It’s such a shame as we would have loved to return but this has totally put us off. Also our second room overlooked some private apartments with children outside at night playing football and shouting!!
