Head out to nearby attractions with ease, or stay in and have some fun. Splash around in the swim spa during Summer (off in Winter) or relax and watch the starry sky from the hot tub (heated on request May - Sept, Winter). Play a game of table tennis. Mountain bike on the nearby trails or enjoy the myriad of games provided. Enjoy our chooks Rooster, cattery cats and native wildlife all funds go to helping with their upkeep. Whether you want a base to explore the magnificent southern region or a place to play and escape, to immerse yourself in nature, this single-level, three-bedroom property is the perfect home away from home. Situated just off Okines road, 5 mins from the Dodges Ferry township, it has views across to Seven Mile Beach and a beautiful tree scape to explore right outside the back door. The house is light and airy, attracting all day sun with minimal furnishings and generous living spaces. The open-plan kitchen/dining room with wonderful big windows immerses you in the beautiful garden. If you love to cook, the kitchen comes well-equipped including a fridge, freezer, gas cook top oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and other cooking essentials like pots, pans, and utensils. Eat around the kitchen island or at the timber dining table, then kick back in the separate living room on one of the comfy lounges to watch TV with most streaming channels provided, or snuggle up and watch TV in bed or by the fire with a good read from a selection of books available. There are 2 air conditioners to provide warmth or cooling. Three well-appointed bedrooms accommodate six guests The master offers a Queen bed with ensuite, the second and third bedrooms have two single beds that can be zipped together to quickly convert to king beds, as well as essentials for the little ones with 2 porta cots and a portable high chair, plus plenty of toys and books to keep them occupied. Beautifully clean, beautiful views. We couldn't get the kid out of the pool, the pool and hot tub is fantastic. Dodges ferry is a lovely place for a holiday. All the beds are very comfortable, the furnishings are all good quality. It's a lovely pace for a family holiday. It would also be a lovely place for a couple to stay, it is peaceful and secluded . Great natural & artificial light. Good water pressure, and we loved the heating lamps in the bathrooms. Excellent heating and AC in kitchen/dining room & heat in master bedroom. Comfy furniture. Mostly quiet except for occasional rooster's crow. Nice to have clothes dryer. Host was both gracious and responsive. Would absolutely stay again. ##### Kathleen B. Kids (63) loved the pool and spa, the piano, collecting sticks for the fire pot and the swing. They were also very excited to feed the chooks.
