The room was awful. Big hole in a wall, the tub was patched, the sink was leaking. For the price I’ve always have had good accommodations. This room was low rate.

Room was good, my complaints are that the pool and hot tub were down. Unfortunately it was a very busy weekend due to wrestling tournament. So I couldn't get upgraded to a Jacuzzi room. And hotels in the area were booked. I feel like I got cheated big time.

We have stayed at this property a few times. Great for kids and the adults. We were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. The morning the breakfast was good. We will stay here again when we are in town.

My son and mom are disabled and i had requested a handicapped room. The toliet was far from accommodating. The reason i chose was the pool, the water was very cold, the lift didn’t work and the hot tub was lukewarm. Will not stay again. The breakfast was good.

We arrived at the hotel and found it to be clean overall. As you go up to the second floor, it looks like they’re in the middle of remodeling—the doors are unfinished and the updates feel incomplete. Our first room required a change because of an issue with the smoke alarm. The second room was clean, but had a very loud fan. While the AC did work, it wasn’t very efficient; the room would get hot because it took too long to kick on. The shower also showed unprofessional-looking repairs. The biggest disappointment was the pool and jacuzzi. The pool isn’t heated, and the jacuzzi does not work, which was the main reason we booked this hotel. On the positive side, the continental breakfast was decent. Overall, it’s fine for a night’s sleep, but the hotel is definitely lacking in comfort and amenities.

Skip this one.

This is not your typical Comfort Inn. While the staff was friendly, the hotel is a mess. The beds are awful. The exhaust fans are loud and dirty. The hallways are gross. It needs a major upgrade. More along the lines of a Motel 6 than a Comfort Inn. We were very disappointed.

It appears the Hotel is undergoing some updating. The price was in my budget, but there is room for improvement. The room had overspray from the paint on the bathroom door. The cable wasn't connected and I had to fuss with it. It's a great location however and will hopefully soon be up to better conditions.

Property under renovation. Reservation made FIR pool & hot tub AND BOTH WERE GREEN. Front desk female not friendly and nothing said about condition of pool & hot tub. Nothing mentioned about plastic hung from ceiling on 3rd floor as we exited elevator. No carpet- bare cement. Room was fine - but front desk female should have explained 3rd floor a mess AND pool & hot tub not working. Website should have stated ‘under construction’. Definitely feel should have received a discount for all of these ‘unacceptable’ problems.

Breakfast and beds good everything else bad.

Overall it was okay. The breakfast was the only thing that was good. The room was musty smelling but clean. The bathroom was in not the best shape, it looked the bathtub had been repaired and they never finished it and the stopper was missing as well. The pool was not the best either, sticky fly traps hanging around and a cold hot tub with no one or no way to adjust the heat. The last thing is the side door that goes to the parking lot that requires a room key tk get in was broken and was just left open to whomever wanted to wander in along with 40 degree chill, and the front desk didn't know anything about or do anything about it. So overall the breakfast was good and the beds were good, and everything else was bad. Would I stay again? Probably not. I personally would give a different hotel a try.

There was a lot of flies in the dining room and in the pool area. The bathroom in the rooms were old. The ice machine on the second and third floors didn’t work and main lobby bathroom door didn’t lock. The staff at the customer service desk was not very friendly and they didn’t want to help customers. The maids and dining service staff were very friendly and very helpful!!! The main lobby area and the beds were nice. The front desk staff didn’t care about anything what the customers needed, but they gradually did it. When we arrived and leaving the front desk office staff didn’t greeted us at all. They were not even up at the front desk both times we had to wait for them to come up. When we told them about the ice machine and main lobby bathroom door not locking they kept on arguing with us. There was some of the groups of people that was staying there would stare at you and point at you in the commons areas. There was also a lot of groups of people who stayed there that was very friendly and nice to you.

The room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was wonderful. We travel back home to put flowers on our parents/other relatives graves so come before each holiday. This was by far the BEST breakfast we have had and we change where we stay each trip back.

When I arrived at the front desk, I waited for a long time for a front desk clerk to check me in. No one came, so I had to call the front desk to get someone to assist me. They were in the dinning area chatting and eating. Then I was upset about the amenities. Online, the hotel boasted of their pool. The pool was out of order. I ended up checking out early because I wanted to enjoy the hotels pool with my family traveling from out of town. Since we could not do that, we left.
