### Villa Seastar with a private swimming pool

Villa Seastar is a beautiful stone twin house located in the small, peaceful village of Kras on the island of Krk. With its unique architecture and thoughtful details, it offers guests an exceptional combination of privacy and comfort. The villa consists of two separate, fully equipped apartments that share the house's surroundings and a large outdoor pool. Both apartments are rented only as a single unit, ensuring that guests have the entire property to themselves, sharing it exclusively with family or friends. This setup is ideal for two families or a group of friends who want private living units yet still wish to spend quality time together outdoors, on the terrace, and by the pool.  
Villa Seastar covers a total of 140 m² and includes two separate apartments, each fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two spacious bedrooms. The apartments are connected by an external staircase, which provides easy access between them while maintaining the privacy of each unit.  
The ground-floor apartment features two beautifully furnished bedrooms with comfortable double beds, large wardrobes, each with its own air conditioning unit and television. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals: a gas stove, microwave, large refrigerator with a freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is a dining area with a large table for six, perfect for shared meals. The living room has a cozy sofa and a large TV with satellite channels, ensuring pleasant evenings watching movies and shows. The bathroom is modernly equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. The ground-floor apartment also has direct access to the terrace and garden, where you can relax in a beautiful natural setting.  
The first-floor apartment is equally well-equipped and provides the same functionality as the ground floor. Here, too, you'll find a kitchen with all the necessary appliances for preparing meals independently. The dining table here is suited for four people. This apartment also has two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both bedrooms have a TV and air conditioning, ensuring comfort during hot summer months. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. Guests on the first floor also have access to a sunny terrace with a lovely view of the pool and the surrounding nature.  
For a fun-filled stay, Villa Seastar offers a variety of leisure activities. Guests can enjoy satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet, indoor games like foosball and darts, a children’s play area with a small kitchen and table for younger guests, and other entertainment options for kids and adults alike.  
The outdoor area and garden of the villa are designed as a relaxation and socializing space, where you’ll likely spend most of your time. In front of the house, there's a charming covered terrace with a large dining area and a table for eight people. The terrace is ideal for outdoor dinners, where you can prepare meals on the barbecue and enjoy long evenings with friends or family. The beautifully landscaped garden offers plenty of space for play and relaxation, and it’s equipped with sun umbrellas, loungers, and a comfortable outdoor sofa. At the heart of the garden is a large swimming pool, measuring 36 m², perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. Sun loungers are arranged by the pool, ideal for sunbathing and reading, while umbrellas provide shade for those seeking a break from the sun.  
The surroundings of the villa also won’t disappoint, as the house is located in the picturesque village of Kras on the island of Krk, an ideal starting point for exploring nearby nature and beaches. The island of Krk is known for its beautiful beaches, crystal-clear sea, and numerous hiking trails that wind through natural landscapes and small, picturesque villages. Kras is a peaceful village offering an authentic island experience with tranquility, fresh air, and natural beauty, yet it is just a short drive from larger towns like Krk, Malinska, and Baška, where you can find a wide range of restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions.
