Property Summary  
This single-family house "Lavendel" is a two-story vacation rental located in the hamlet of Donja Hlapa, near Rijeka, Croatia. It offers a wildlife garden, trees, and a heated swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, available seasonally from March 15 to November 15). The property also features amenities such as an outdoor shower, hot tub, internet access, and a washing machine. With a private area of 500 m2, it provides ample space for relaxation and outdoor activities.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a lush outdoor space with a 500 m2 wildlife garden and trees, creating a serene and natural atmosphere. Guests can enjoy the refreshing heated swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm) during the seasonal availability from March 15 to November 15. An outdoor shower and hot tub are also available for added comfort and convenience.  
  
Other Information  
The house is situated 2.5 km from the sea and the beach, offering easy access to the coastal attractions. Motor access is available up to 200 m from the house via an unmade road. Parking is provided on the premises for up to 3 cars. Nearby amenities include a supermarket within 2 km and a sandy beach located 5 km away. Please note that there is an airfield 14 km from the property.

The property is conveniently located 12 km from the center of Malinska, 3.5 km from the center of Klimno, and 16 km from the center of Krk. Nearby attractions include a pebble beach situated 2.5 km away and a sandy beach within a 5 km distance, offering ample opportunities for beach activities and coastal exploration.

Unit Layout  
You have the option of staying in a spacious 6-room house that spans two levels and covers an area of 130 square meters. This property underwent renovations in 2018, ensuring beautiful and modern furnishings throughout. The main level features a living/dining room with a sofa bed, satellite TV, and air conditioning, along with access to the terrace. There are two bedrooms on this level, one with a double bed and air conditioning, and the other with a double bed. The open kitchen is well-equipped with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there are two showers and toilets on this floor.  
  
Amenities Included  
The property is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. Air conditioning and forced-air heating are available throughout, ensuring optimal temperature control. Outdoor spaces include a 32-square-meter partially roofed terrace and a 29-square-meter terrace, complete with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and six deck chairs. Other amenities include mosquito nets, a children's high chair, and a baby cot (upon request). Complimentary WiFi internet access is also provided.  
  
Other Information  
The upper level of the house is accessible via an exterior staircase and features another living/dining area with a sofa bed, satellite TV, and air conditioning, as well as access to the terrace. There is a gallery with sloping ceilings that includes a sleeping facility (180 cm). Two additional bedrooms are located on this level, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A separate open kitchen is equipped with one hot plate, an oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower and toilet on the upper level. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.
