Klanice 5 km from Dobrinj: Immerse yourself in the modern elegance of the "Matea (MLK150)" villa, a two-story holiday rental built in 2021. Nestled in a tranquil setting, this property offers a private 800 m2 sanctuary with a stunning angular swimming pool (8 x 3 m, 28 m2, depth 150 cm), complete with an internal staircase and outdoor shower. Savor alfresco dining with a barbecue while the owner/gardener maintains the pool during the seasonal availability from March 15 to November 15. Within the villa, enjoy the convenience of internet access, air conditioning, and a washing machine. Parking for up to three cars is provided on the premises.

Embrace the great outdoors with the private property spanning 800 m2, complete with a spectacular angular swimming pool (8 x 3 m, 28 m2, depth 150 cm) that is seasonally available from March 15 to November 15. An internal staircase leads into the pool, and an outdoor shower allows for refreshing rinses. Indulge in alfresco dining with a convenient barbecue area, while the owner/gardener takes care of pool maintenance.

You will be staying in a 5-room villa that covers 180 square meters and is spread across two levels. The living/dining room features a double sofabed measuring 130 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with satellite TV and an exit leading to the terrace. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a french bed (180 cm wide and 210 cm long) and satellite TV. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a shower room and WC on this level.

On the upper floor, you will find another bedroom with a french bed (180 cm wide and 200 cm long), a shower/WC, and satellite TV, along with access to a balcony. The third bedroom has two beds (90 cm wide and 210 cm long) and satellite TV, with an exit to the terrace. The fourth bedroom features a french bed (160 cm wide and 210 cm long) and satellite TV. There is an additional shower/WC with a double hand-basin on this level. The villa is equipped with air-conditioning and forced-air heating for your comfort.  
  
Other Information  
  
You can enjoy outdoor spaces such as a 40 square meter balcony and a 40 square meter roofed terrace, both furnished with balcony furniture. The villa offers a distant view of the sea. For your convenience, the property provides facilities such as a safe, iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot (available at an extra cost), and a hair dryer. Complimentary WiFi internet access is also available. Please note that one pet/dog is allowed on the premises. Additionally, a fire extinguisher is present for safety purposes. With its beautiful and modern furnishings, this villa promises a comfortable and memorable vacation experience.
