### Beautiful home in Dobrinj

The stone villa Maya Krk with its rustic look and spaciousness invites you to a pleasant and comfortable holiday in the villa. The villa is surrounded by a lawn with a beautiful green garden planted with lavender, magnificent trees and shrubs that give it a natural beauty. There is a private swimming pool on the outdoor area of the villa, which is ideal for escaping the summer heat or soaking up the sun's rays on the sun loungers right by the pool. While watching your loved ones in the pool, you can enjoy your first morning coffee on the covered terrace next to the house or on the deckchairs under the baldahin right next to the pool. For cooking enthusiasts, there is a covered barbecue area where you can prepare traditional dishes while your loved ones dine outside. Sports lovers can try their hand at boccia on the bowling alley behind the house, which is ideal for fun and entertainment. From the outdoor terrace, you can access the interior of the house, where you will find an open-plan, rustic living and dining room, a modern kitchen, an entertainment corner with a pool table and magnificent views of the pool and the countryside. On the ground floor there is also a storage room, 1 comfortable bedroom with en suite bathroom, and 1 toilet. On the first floor of the villa there are 3 modern bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms. One room has an exit to the balcony from where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the landscape, and another room has an exit to the terrace where there is a relaxation corner where you can relax with a refreshing drink overlooking the pool. The island of Krk is the northernmost island in the Mediterranean, located in the Kvarner Bay, and there are about twenty islets, rocks and reefs around the island. Krk is an island with a rich cultural and historical heritage that should be experienced. In the old village centres of almost every place on the island there are small winding streets and churches, all of which are unique. If you want to learn about the past way of life of the islanders, you should definitely visit the local museums with ethnographic and religious collections, numerous galleries and the Vitezi Library in Vrbnik. The island of Koljun, not far from Punat, is a unique cultural and historical place that you should definitely visit during your stay on Krk. The island of Krk is surrounded by a clear and clean sea, and the beaches are particularly attractive due to their beauty. Whether hidden in coves or on organised hotel and town beaches, whether pebble, sandy, stone or rocky beaches, whether beaches near campsites or those that can be reached by boat or on foot along the pastoral paths along the pine forest, all these beaches on the island of Krk can satisfy different tastes and needs.
