However, our experience with VRBO's customer service was extremely frustrating—their communication was poor and unhelpful. Thankfully, the host was very accommodating and supported us throughout the process. Despite the issues with VRBO, I am still giving the property a 5-star rating because of the host’s efforts and the quality of the stay.
