"Incredible hotel and staff. One of the nicest hotels I've had the pleasure of staying at. As always, there's a bit of a language barrier, but each member of their team tried their best, and was always quick to grab someone who spoke enough English to get by. Baris and Lawrence were very helpful throughout my stay. Service was on point from start to finish. I was here for about a week so I spent a lot of time comparing various hotels, and I'm really happy I ended up at Rosewood."

"직원들이 너무 친절해요. 객실은 오픈하고 얼마되지 않아, 무척 깨끗해요. 야외 수영장 2곳이 너무 좋았어요. 워터파크와 테마파크가 걸어서 5분 거리에요. 테마파크의 롤러코스터가 재밌어요. 아쿠아리움 안에 식당이 있는데, 인어 쇼를 보면서 식사 할 수 있어요. 매일밤 불꽃놀이가 있어서 환상적이에요. 주변 유명 관광지와도 가까워요,중국어를 한마디도 못하는데, 직원들이 친절해서 전혀 무리가 없었어요. 싼야 피닉스공항에서 차로 1시간 거리인데, 편안하게 쉬기 좋았어요. 조식도 맛있고, 레스토랑도 나쁘지 않았어요 직원들의 친절함은 세계 최고수준이에요"
