"The food and staff were good but my room door wouldn’t stay shut if it wasn’t locked. I don’t know how to lock it from the outside when I leave. Luckily none of my belongings got stolen but they could have easily been. It’s a convenient location, 10 min from airport. "

"Hotel was nice, with a big clean washroom. We only stayed for one night to catch an early flight, so didn’t use any facilities. The hotel is OLD yet well kept. BUT has a strong odour associated with that. Reminded me of a wet rag. If you’re okay with that hotel is great :D."

"This was a pleasant stay in Tianjin, very convenient and close to subway, shopping centres, restaurants, cafes, etc. The staff and service was superb. Cleaning crew were very friendly and attentive. "This was a pleasant stay in Tianjin, very convenient and close to subway, shopping centres, restaurants, cafes, etc. The staff and service was superb. Cleaning crew were very friendly and attentive. If we had an issue, it was dealt with immediately. We stayed for 9 nights. Very nice hotel, 10/10, would stay here again. "

"Warmly greeted and the location is fabulous. Great for walks around the river right outside day or night. Right near the mall and other shops. I consider this the heart of Tianjin. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and going to the Starbucks Reserve within walking distance for great drink options. Also the food is great at the hotel as well. "

"The room is spacious but dated, and I apreciate that their staff were polite and helpful. Kudos to the housekeeping team servicing level 3, all of the staff were friendly and always greet the guests without fail. I told one of them that the toilet in my room has unpleasant smell on my way out, and she immediately worked on it. The smell was gone after I return to the room in the evening. The water temperature was also not consistence, sometimes you get only warm water at most, however the water pressure is good though. The buffet spread for breakfast is not great but acceptable, unfortunately the spread for dinner is disappointing, and the hot dishes are not refilled nor remotely hot at all, unless you try the live-cooking station. I would expected a better standard for an Accor Hotel."
