« Close to metro one direction. The walk to the metro not the best area. But the walk the other direction is great. Wonderful market across the street. Many great restaurants nearby within walking distances. The apartment is very nice. Living are is a bit small for 6 adults but manageable. We had a wonderful visit. »

« I stayed here while I was in DC for work, and I couldn't ask for a better place. It is walking distance to my office (and to all the best DC sights, if you are there for fun). It's a very comfortable studio with a very clean kitchen and comfortable bed. What else could you ask for? I'll definitely stay here again. »

« My family rented this property to be near my daughter living nearby. The property had all the space we were looking for to prepare and share Thanksgiving dinner. The pictures of the property were accurate. The area is in transition but all was fine. »

« It was a safe location close to the subway and easy access to the national Mall and zoo. Parking is difficult and you don’t have a space with the rental so you just drive around until you find street parking and then walk to however far to the rental. You have to get a street parking pass (which we didn’t know) and didn’t have for the first few days (thankfully we didn’t get towed or fined). D stay here again for sure. It was clean and nicely appointed. »

« Very clean 1 bedroom property. Had lots of great amenities that made my stay very comfortable. 10 minute walk to Metro, which was what I needed to be a tourist and go to my conference. Nice outside table that I enjoyed in the evening. Wonderful street nearby with great restaurants and stores. Helpful hosts. I would stay here again 😀 »

« The condo was very nice. It was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was very nice, and we cooked several meals there. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. The neighborhood was a little sketchy (wouldn’t walk around at night) but so is most of DC. Overall, we had a great trip »

« May was very helpful, very responsive. She gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants and the place was great for couples. There were a couple of pans that weren’t clean, but May let the cleaning people know. The amenities showed a jacuzzi, but that was incorrect. May said she was planning to get that corrected. The kitchen and living area were beautiful. The bathrooms were very nice. The master was very nice. »

« The listing is just as described. We had great communication with the Property Manager who answered all of our questions timely. Check-in was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking space. The unit is so large we all had our own rooms and bathrooms and plenty of space to spread out. »

« My wife, son and I needed a quick getaway Easter weekend and this was perfect. Then property is in Dupont Circle steps away from the sprawling Sunday Farmers Market and location to great food and bars, all within walking distance. The property was as described, clean, spacious and quiet. »

« The house itself was good, with lots of stairs. The listing has been taken off so not sure if it will be available again. Location is convenient but not a big fan of the neighborhood. But was very close to all touristy things, approx 15 min drive. dedicated parking was a plus. »

« The location is great, convenient to shops, restaurants and easy to walk to most everything in Georgetown. A lot of stairs to get to this unit, and that should be noted. Unit is small, but worked fine for us. Needs a new AC unit. No matter what, it’s hot upstairs in the main living area, and there are no ceiling fans or box fans. »
