![This fountain was designed in 1888 by Bratislava-born V. Tilgner (who also created the putti on the adjacent Opera House). It depicts figures from ancient mythology: an eagle carries the young Ganymede to the top of Mount Olympus, on the order of the Goddess Dia, so that he can serve the Gods. On the upper part of the middle basin there are sculptures of aquatic creatures and, lower down, the central column is surrounded by figures of children holding four types of fish from the River Danube – carp, catfish, sander and pike. From the fishes’ mouths water cascades into the basin. The figures on the fountain were cast by the firm A.M. « Clean and comfortable room. Very kind staff. Coffee and bottled water provided in room. Free coffee and water in reception. They left us a bottle of prosecco and two champagne flutes in the room as a happy new year gift-lovely and appreciated gesture. Decent car park, at a reasonable price. The buffet breakfast was excellent. They had sparkling wine and real fresh orange juice so if you wanted you could have a bucks fizz breakfast. The tram stop was just across the road so it was very easy...

« Après un surclassement je suis finalement arrivée dans la partie apart hotel et c’est un bel appartement avec balcon ensoleillé l’après midi une grande pièce de vie une cuisine équipée et deux chambres Je n‘en ai pas beaucoup profité mais c’est parfait pour un séjour plus long L’hôtel est situé à proximité du centre et à une distance de marche du château Le petit déjeuner est bon L’accueil est très serviable »

« Malgré un exterieur qui ne paie pas de mine, des chambres de grandes tailles et propres. Malgré une situation au bord d'une grand artère menant au centre de Bratislava (donc accessible facilement à pied ou en transport en commun), elles sont silencieuses. Le stationnement est garantie et l'accès privé. Le petit dejeuner est composé de bons produits et bien achalandé. Quand au restaurant de l'hôtel, il vaut a lui seul la venue. Des plats aux dessets, en passant par la cave à vin, c'est parfait...

« Un appartement vraiment très sympa, très grand, propre, bien équipé, bien décoré, confortable. Vraiment parfait. Idéalement placé en plein centre-ville (un peu de bruit terrasse le soir). Parking couvert tout proche : prenez le en même temps que la location appartement, c’est un peu moins cher pour 24h00\. Je recommande cet appartement à 1000%. Et l’hôte est très sympa! »
