« 4 nights in mid October. Solo female age 69\. Property was exceptionally well kept and clean. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, much appreciated. WiFi outstanding. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, each day there were some different tasty offerings. Hot food too. The chef is clearly top notch. Bonus: a carafe in the room for filtered water, dispenser located in the lobby. Heated floor in the bathroom! I would absolutely stay there again! »

« We are a family with 2 children, and we stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean. The receptionist was helpful and gave us a special attention with changing the room which was more suitable for our small children. The outdoor jacuzzi was pleasant and with hot water. The breakfast was tasty and equivalent of the properties' star rating. The only negative point was a Monday breakfast when I suppose the hotel occupancy was low, so the breakfast food variety was very reduced and except that the food...

« Nous avions réservé une chambre de luxe, nous avons obtenu une chambre standard, nous avons alors exigé de changer, aucune chambre de luxe n'était disponible. Le lendemain, après avoir demandé à nouveau, nous avons obtenu la chambre réservée. Nous avons été très déçus du personnel, très désagréable, et du petit déjeuner inhabituel: nous avons eu des salades de poisson, et autres salades à la vinaigrette. Un autre problème s'est produit: nous avions réservé une place de parking, en arrivant d'une...

« Personnel très accueillant et serviable. L'établissement est situé à plus de 1km du centre ville mais au pied des pistes (télésièges fermés en été). Pas de clim dans les chambres, c'est un peu rude quand il fait très chaud et que les fenêtres ne peuvent que s’entrebâiller. »
