### Lys'toire - Grand Jardin

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this authentic 90 m² property for rent in Dinan, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. The house consists of a beautiful 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two spacious suites with private bathrooms.  
You will enjoy a large enclosed garden with trees and a large wooden terrace where you can have breakfast, meals, and other moments of conviviality and relaxation. Let yourself be lulled by the birdsong...  
  
Extras: Private and secure parking, proximity to the historic center and hiking trails, shops and sports activities, Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets and towels included, garden furniture, plancha grill, baby equipment... everything you need for a carefree stay!  
  
The accommodation is composed as follows:  
On the ground floor:  
\- A large 30 m² living room with lounge area (TV, double sofa bed 140x200)  
\- An open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, etc., with a dining area, high table for 4 people, coffee table for 2 people (children, teenagers)  
\- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160×200) and its own private bathroom (with shower and toilet). Direct access to the terrace  
  
Upstairs:  
\- Bedroom 2: with two single beds and its own bathroom (with shower) open to the bedroom  
\- A landing  
\- Toilet  
  
Additional equipment:  
Plancha grill, iron and ironing board, travel cot and high chair (baby), laundry room available on request.  
  
Outside:  
\- Enclosed garden of approximately 700 m², not overlooked  
\- 40 m² south-facing terrace with garden furniture.  
\- A space dedicated to rest and relaxation is available with the jacuzzi shared with the tenants of the “ESPRIT FAMILLE” cottage, which can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and is prohibited to minors.  
  
This authentic building, a testament to the local heritage, was once “La Ferme du Saint-Esprit” (The Farm of the Holy Spirit). The owners have undertaken a complete renovation of this historic building, taking care to preserve its soul while adding all the modern comforts. Every detail has been carefully thought out, with a spirit of respect for the place and conviviality: you will immediately feel the love they have put into it.  
  
The house is ideally located in Dinan, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.  
  
Access & transportation:  
\- Nearest train station: Dinan (approx. 30 min walk)  
\- Nearest airport: Rennes (approx. 50 min by car)  
\- Private parking on site (up to 3 vehicles)  
  
Other comments:  
\- Sheets and towels included. For stays of more than three nights, the linen will be changed. This service is included in the rental price.  
\- Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optic)  
\- Pets accepted for an additional fee of €20/stay (only one pet allowed), please specify when booking  
\- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use

person in charge of reception, for an additional flat fee
