Walk to Downtown easily. Enjoy partial lake views from the private patio as well! This affordable two-bedroom, two-bath condo is just steps from Lake Dillon. Conveniently located on the ground floor, it offers easy access to all that the High Country has to offer and is within walking distance of many area restaurants, bars, and shops. The condo is also just steps away from the Long Recreation Path, the popular Tiki Bar, a large playground, and the newly renovated amphitheater at the Dillon Marina. A free shuttle bus stop nearby will take you to many Summit County destinations, including Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain resorts. The condo features a fully stocked kitchen, a breakfast bar with three stools, and a dining table that seats four. We especially loved the front porch rocking chairs and the lake view was spectacular. For the kitchen we would have liked to have a full working blender. The swimming pool and hot tubs were unavailable for us to use due to "maintenance" and when we asked for a partial refund, we were told that was NOT an option. Kitchen was beautiful and well appointed but we didn't do any cooking, looked to be well stocked with supplies.
