Bed was comfortable and the shared bath not a problem for me. There is no on site parking. It's either the street or as I found, a lot up the block. There were no instructions available for accessing the internet and impossible to get a response to my email, and the TV/Netflix didn't work. But then, that may have been operator error. That being said, I would stay here again. The bed, in-room sink and shelves were clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was an AC unit in the window that has a fan, too. Good cable and tv. The bathroom had a modern rainfall shower (square head over you), nice sink, and toilet. All were clean. Older bathroom. Owner had provided soap and shampoo. Towels were nice. The carpet was a bit dirty, and that was disheartening. The owner is going to replace it with vinyl flooring in gray. This is an old boarding house. Th shower and toilet are across a small landing, New York style. There is a vent in the bottom of everyone’s doors, so I could hear other people’s TV. I arrived late at night. I was not happy on arriving, and there was a storm. The pub was closed, so the street felt dark and isolated. But the bed was comfortable and clean. I slept well.
