Centrally located between four Summit County ski resorts, this completely remodeled condo is the perfect getaway for your next retreat! Discover a number of phenomenal local attractions located within a few short miles of your door including the Dillon Amphitheater, the Breckenridge Golf Club, and Carter Park & Pavilion. Indulge in a variety of seasonal activities including skiing, sledding, and ice skating in winter, and fishing, boating, and hiking in summer. Closer to home, take advantage of a variety of resort amenities available through the community center including a heated, indoor pool, hot tub, and game room with foosball, air hockey, and a pool table.  
  
Park your vehicle in your designated space, just steps from the front door, and stroll into your stylish getaway here in Dillon. Everything inside this cozy condo is entirely new, including new granite in the kitchen and bathroom. Enjoy a full kitchen brimming with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, dining area with a table for mealtimes or family game nights, and a living area with a comfortable sofa bed and a TV ready to stream all your favorite channels. Outside, kick back with your morning coffee and enjoy the view from your furnished deck while you plan out your day's activities.

Check-in time: 4:00 PM.  
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.  
All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.  
Shared laundry facilities available in the community center.  
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.  
  
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.  
This rental is located on floor 2.  
  
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Easy drive to Keystone and Breckenridge.Accommodations offer a nice stay in a well appointed condo with amenities.No laundry facilities, must do laundry off site. Requests for services were responded to when needed.
