This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor condo sleeps 4 with two king beds and a queen sleeper sofa. It features high-end finishes throughout and new furnishings. The homeowners have named their home away from home "Altitude Adjustment" and the balcony highlights this with beautiful views of Dillon Marina that sits almost two miles above sea level. This cozy lake view condo is within a three-block radius of multiple Summit Stage bus stops that can take you to Lake Dillon Marina, Dillon Amphitheater, a bowling alley, and more than five bars and restaurants. This free bus service also runs to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain so you can hit the slopes. Come experience Dillon and enjoy the Rockies!

The entryway offers a large bench with hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has cozy furniture around a 55" flat screen TV. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and additional linens are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area and offers beautiful views of Dillon Marina.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The breakfast bar seats four. The guest bathroom is near the entryway and has a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master suite is just off the living area and features a king-sized bed and a mounted flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. The adjoining room with the master and features a king-sized bed, a mounted flat screen TV and a Juliet balcony.

Great location for Dillon Amphitheater
We stayed one night here for a show at the Dillon Amphitheater- great location, we walked to the venue in ~5 minutes. This is actually a two bedroom, with a small hallway between the rooms (which can be closed with a bifold door and curtains. Bedroom without the sliding door has an en-suite bathroom, other bedroom uses the bathroom near the entrance. Building could use some updating but the unit was great. Thanks!

Quiet, clean, nice views. Owner was immediately responsive to our request for extra hangers. We enjoyed an informative boat ride and the local museum Unit was nicely decorated and beds were very comfortable. It was very hot during our visit so we were grateful for all the fans

We had a wonderful stay in this cute condo. Loved how clean and comfortable it was. Totally worth the money we spent. Communication was great and it gave us all we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Waking up to the lake view was a big plus.

It was okay.
Overall, the place was just okay. Only one closet had a rod, and there were no hangers. Also, no dressers. Also, the floors were not that clean (In the bedrooms, there were a couple small pieces of trash left on the floor from previous guests.) And the fireplace was out of order. We still had a good time.

Not up to par this time
This was our second stay and unfortunately there were some frustrating issues. When I turned up the bed, there were a lot of long hair on the sheets, which tells me they were not cleaned or changed. That really, really bothered me. The provided instructions for the fire place were not fitting the actual igniter and there is only one heater in the unit, so we froze all evening. The fireplace chimney is clearly open and we couldn't figure out how to shut it, so the cold air from outside (it was 2F degrees...) was flowing in freely. Only one warm blanket provided and the recommended space heaters were not quite working The property manager came back to my text after 9 PM so at that point it was too late to fix it. We stayed there the weekend before and had the same heat issue but figured we could stick it up for a night. This being said, the unit is perfectly located in Dillon, and spacious enough for a family of 4.

Perfect for a short stay with kids!
We were looking for somewhere to sleep that would get us close to the mountains, for ski lessons on Saturday morning. This was perfect! 20 minutes from Copper. Only wish I would have known ahead of time that the hot tub is closed during the winter as this was an item of choice for us.

Had a few issues, one with bugs and one with the fireplace. We were to have bug spray delivered but it never appeared. The fireplace control did not match the control on the YouTube video you supplied and we were unable to use. Overall, the unit was nice and accommodating. The entire building was well-managed and clean. We would recommend it to others.

Spring Skiing 2023
Nice, comfortable. conveniently located condo.. Unit's location in Dillon makes it easy to ski so many different mountains: Keystone, A-Basin, Breck, Copper, Loveland. This 2 bedroom unit has a very skimpy/thin barrier between the two bedrooms - maybe good for families with little kids - a little weird for adults sharing the condo. Hot tub is inside the building and in a depressing space. It is not a great user experience.

Great room and location, but bad communication.
So I’ll start by saying the place was good, and we’d stay there again. That said, communication was very frustrating. They manage several properties and use a generic online guestbook for property information. This was particularly frustrating with the fireplace. The instructions in the manual didn’t apply to our unit and when we tried to follow them, the pilot light went out and was sending gas into the unit. So we turned it off. I texted and called twice on the first night, and their system never put me through to a real person and gave no ability to leave a message. Texted them again the next morning with no response. They reached out later the second day to check in and see if we needed anything. So I said yes, help with the fireplace. They said the earliest they could send someone was the next day (day 3, our final day). We got back from skiing, the pilot was lit, but we were stuck at square one. Still no idea how to light the flame. So I reach out again, explaining this is my last night and I want a dad gum fire that I paid for. They were slow in responding but finally around 6pm on our final of 3 nights, we had a working fireplace. Worst communication/service I’ve ever had on a vacation rental. “Ground level floor” means coming in the front. There is a floor below you, so your balcony is elevated on the back side, where the view is. Not a problem for me, though. The master room has no windows. The secondary room is the one with the great view. To me, that seemed to be intentionally left up to guess. The only other complaint is that the thermostat has a mind of its own, and it always got too warm. We tried setting the thermostat to 60, 55, and just turning it off completely. It’s a “smart” thermostat that is controlled remotely, so we’d come back, and it’d be set to something totally different. What was worse is that regardless of the temperature we set it to, the actual temperature would never go below 71* and it felt much warmer at times. This meant we had to open doors a lot to let in the 10* air, so we’d have SOME control of the temperature. All that said, I’d stay again because it was nice and clean, but just know that the fireplace is controlled with a light switch and don’t even bother with the thermostat. (They don’t mark it at all or give accurate instructions and half the light switches in the condo do nothing, so it’s not very intuitive.) Also, if something goes wrong, it might be night 3 before you have a solution.

Lovely Spot with a view!
We skied at Copper and enjoyed coming home to the fireplace and lake view. The one bedroom has a phenomenal view of the lake and the other is a bit of a cave. There is a closet like door between the two bedrooms which is a little weird bit great for a family with young kids.

Just what we were looking for!
As soon as we walked in, you could smell that this unit had been freshly cleaned. After that, the property was exactly as advertised. Excellent view of the mountains and Lake Dillon. Big, comfy beds. Comfortable living area and made us feel right at home. Humidifiers in each bedroom which was a really nice bonus for us, unaccustomed to the high altitude. Excellent communication with the property manager before, during and after our stay. The only reason I might have anything bad to say is because I don’t want anyone else to know about this place so it’s available whenever we want. :)

Great Stay But…
Overall great place, main issues were that the heater turned on at night no matter what you set the thermostat to, the small bathroom did not have hot water & the gas fireplace did not work properly. Told hot tub was not open but found out later on that it was open.
