"EVERYTHING was perfect... cleanliness, their staff, breakfast was limited on their choices but it was still delicious. One thing that both my husband and I didn't like was that we were on the third floor and they did not have any elevator lol. It might be an older building.. but my husband is a disabled vet.. so it was giving him a hard time on his legs to go up the stairs to our room. We were there for a limited time but our overall stay was amazing.. minus the stairs lol.. Thank you so much. The front desk ladies.. they're amazing and super friendly!!"

"The Gem of East Bay is the perfect size for a couple or perhaps four folks who get along really well. We stayed March 21 to March 28, 2026, and found everything to be very comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Other reviews mentioned road noise was bothersome, we did not find this to be the case and i slept with the window cracked open a few inches for fresh air. The complex was very quiet. The view of the reservoir with the mountains in the backdrop is stunning. Things to note: this is a second story unit. Laundry (pay with quarters) and clubhouse are located in the parking garage level (under level one units.) The clubhouse hot tub is very clean and wonderfully situated outside, to take advantage of the gorgeous view. The owner was excellent regarding communication. We would stay again. Cheers!"

"The property is very nice, clean, and well kept. The condos are outstanding. The view is hard to beat. I was very impressed with it. The entire condo was very clean and well kept. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is an assigned covered parking spot that you can easily fit a full size truck in, there is also a storage space for ski equipment. The clubhouse is nice and easily accessible until like 11pm. There is a pool for the summer guest. My 4 yo son liked the little playground they had. The property is fairly small and everything is less than 3 minute walk from anywhere on the property. The staff were absolutely amazing and super helpful. We WILL be back. Give them a shot, you wont be disappointed. Loved this place!!"

"Place was very nice and very clean, the owners were very communicative and quick to answer any questions. You are about 5-10 minutes from Keystone Gondola. If you are feeling ambitious you can easily make it to Breckenridge and a little farther away but very doable is Vail. Overall the place is perfect for a good size group out on a ski trip!"
