Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

#### SCAM! 

These people never communicated with me at all. They didn’t give me lockbox information and never followed up. I waited for 3hours in the cold trying to gain access to the apartment on the night of my booking. I had to leave and find somewhere else to stay. To this day, I have never heard from them. Total scam.
