Renovated in 2019, this 3-story property offers a peaceful and sunny setting, just 100 meters from the forest edge and 2 kilometers from the skiing area. It provides amenities such as a yard, Internet WiFi, parking, and an installment plan for your convenience. With its serene location by a stream and in the countryside, this holiday rental promises a delightful stay.  
  
Outdoors  
The property is situated in a tranquil, sun-drenched spot, just 100 meters from the forest's edge and 20 meters from a stream. It offers easy access to various outdoor activities, with walking paths starting 10 meters from the house, a cycle lane 50 meters away, and cross-country ski tracks within 50 meters. Additionally, the skiing area is conveniently located 1.5 kilometers away, and a children's playground can be found within 1 kilometer.

Chalet Alte Post provides convenient amenities for your stay, including storage rooms for bicycles and skis, as well as a central heating system. A pre-arrival grocery service is available, and parking is offered at the house. While a car is recommended, a bus stop is located just 20 meters away. Nearby, you'll find shops within 10 kilometers, tennis courts at 10 kilometers, a riding stable at 4 kilometers, and a sports center at 10 kilometers.

The property is ideally situated for exploring the region's attractions. Nearby, you can visit the Naturpark Diemtigtal, Schloss Spiez, and the cities of Interlaken and Thun. Well-known ski regions like Grimmialp and Wiriehorn are easily accessible, as is the beautiful Thunersee lake. Hiking enthusiasts can explore the Diemtigtaler Hauswege and Erlebnisweg Grimmimutz trails. The town of Spiez is just 25 kilometers away, offering additional amenities and attractions. Please note that groups of teenagers are welcome upon request, and a free ski bus service is available.

The Matte (Alte Post) offers a spacious 3-room apartment of 118 square meters on the ground floor. It has been renovated in 2019 and features comfortable and tasteful furnishings. The apartment comprises a large living/dining room with a dining table, digital TV, flat screen, radio, and hi-fi system. There are 2 double bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill and fondue set (cheese). The kitchen also has a dining table and an exit leading to the garden.  
  
Amenities Included  
  
The apartment is equipped with a shower/WC and a separate WC. It features underfloor heating and wooden floors throughout. There is a large terrace with a south-facing position and a patio, offering a marvelous view of the mountains and countryside. Amenities include a washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds (extra), hair dryer, and free WiFi internet. Reserved parking is available for 2 cars. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

The Matte (Alte Post) apartment is suitable for families and accommodates non-smokers only. It is equipped with smoke alarms and fire extinguishers for your safety. You can book a breakfast basket with local products separately during your vacation stay.
