Would be easier if it said Oaks street. Fire pit deck is in bad shape, grill was excessively dirty. Back patio lights did not work, had to change the bulbs, even then, had to use a flashlight to grill. House was very musty and damp when we got there. Loaded dishwasher, only to find out it did not work.
