Located in the hamlet of Diano San Pietro, just 4 km from the center of Diano Marina, it provides a serene residential setting while being conveniently situated near various amenities and attractions.

Public transportation is easily accessible, with a bus stop situated 300m away and the "Diano" railway station just 2.5 km from the house. Please note that having a car is recommended for optimal mobility during your stay in Diano Castello, Italy.

Unit Layout  
You will stay in a 3-room apartment named "Francesca" that spans an area of 50 square meters on the 1st floor. The cozy living/dining room is furnished with a double sofabed measuring 160 cm and a TV, and it has an exit leading to the terrace. There is one double bedroom and another room with 1 bunk bed suitable for 2 people, with each bunk measuring 80 cm wide and 200 cm long, both rooms also have exits to the terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and it also has an exit to the terrace. The property features a shower/WC.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. Gas heating is available from November 1st to April 30th. The terrace, spanning 20 square meters, is furnished with terrace furniture, deck chairs, and a box-room, providing a beautiful panoramic view of the countryside. Additionally, a washing machine and free WiFi internet access are included for your convenience.
