Basic hotel that obviously has not been updated since it was built. A large area of the carpet was damaged by the front entry. We found our sheets were stained yellow. Could not use the pull out sofa as it was partially sticking out and old and uncomfortable. There was also no bedding in the room so we had to ask. The toilet became plugged so we had to get a plunger from the front desk to unclog it ourselves. The outlets are just basic wall outlets. There is no USB plug ins in the wall or lamp outlets. You will need to bring a power bank to plug your charging cords in. In 2026, you’d think hotels would have USB outlets. The property has an unfinished parking lot that is very small. It can be hard to find a parking spot. Breakfast is basic and falls below average when compared to other local hotels. Pros: The rooms offer a microwave and small fridge which is nice. There is a small sink to wash dishes. They also offer small Dove soap bars which is a nice touch. Overall a decent hotel, but it is outdated and does not match the price.

Die Dame am Empfang beim Check-In empfanden wir als sehr unhöflich. Kein "Hallo", kein "Danke" und auch kein Lächeln. Wir hatten das Gefühl, wir hätten sie gestört. Zimmerservice gab es auch nicht. Die Fenster im Zimmer konnten nicht abgedunkelt werden. Vor unseren Zimmerfenster stand ein großes Gerät, das sehr laute Geräusche gemacht hat. Die Wände und türen sind sehr dünn, so daß man die anderen Gäste hören kann.

The property is very run down at the heels. While I felt the room was clean enough the bathroom shower head was broken. We encountered an “incident” where a staff member attempted to gain access to our room while we were sleeping without a prior phone call or knocking. Instead they unlocked our door with a master key and attempted to use a tool to flip the safety latch. While most apologetic about their mistake, the whole incident was unsettling.

The laundry room was clean and the receptionist at the front desk was nice. The smell of bleach hits you right in the face walking through the front doors and crumbling brick exterior. The bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was gross, there were obviously patched holes in the door and the shower head was filthy and had three terrible settings. How this place has the ratings it has are a complete mystery to me. I would never stay here again, it was a surprising a place this terrible has the high ratings it does.

I errored and made the mistake of staying here again. Staff has zero personality, place is dirty, free “hot” breakfast is terrible, constantly people and employees smoking right outside the main entry, rooms were filthy, hot tub still under repair 3 months later…. Seriously, stay away from this place!

Staff in sweatpants and sweatshirts. Pool closed, hot tub broke and treadmill broke . Elevator doesn’t look like it had been cleaned in 6 months, air freshener in the elevator was so strong you had to take the stairs. Room was filthy, urine and hairs all over the base of the toilet, old wash cloth still hanging on the very loose shower bar. Carpet in the room was stained in multiple spots. No Kleenex in the Kleenex box, which was barely holding in on the vanity. Free breakfast, day one was late being put out. The worker 1/2 way through putting it out decided it was time for a smoke break. Food was very limited, tasted badly. Extremely hard to come up with anything good about this stay. Hands down the most run down Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at.
