« We chose this hotel based on location and price and it met our needs and expectations in those categories. Is it fancy? No but it had everything we needed. When I booked I wasn’t expecting a refrigerator or continental breakfast so those were nice surprises. The hotel needs some work done to it for sure. « I loved getting to experience how easy Grand Marais is to walk through from this location. Over ten restaurants and several other businesses are all within a 0.5 mile walk of this unit, most much closer. The weather didn't cooperate until the final day of my stay, but I never felt a draft inside even as 40+ mph winds were coming off the East Bay. Host was great. My bathtub started leaking through the ceiling downstairs (not part of the rental unit) but the host made the repairs while I was out...
