Whether you choose the awesome recliner or the loveseat, curl up with your favorite book & fall asleep in the sun in the winter or deep shade in the summer in the sunroom. Prefer to soak in the tub with your book, or maybe sit by the fire pit on a crisp winter evening? You will find the workspace and the relaxed spaces equally appealing. 55" TV in the big living room. The space The new Royal Oak Outdoor Ice Rink is walking distance from this home!! King bedroom with large window and extra deep closet. A huge living room with windows all the way across the front looking into the trees. A nice bathroom with a cool old shower/tub combo. A nice interior foyer to hang up your coat and use as a drop zone. A large kitchen/dining room area with a pantry and charming built-ins leads to the awesome sunroom. All of this and a fantastic location downtown, 3 doors off of Main street! Guest access Parking is at the back of the house and parking signs are posted for each of the suites. This is suite 2\. Parking is on the left at the back of the driveway. Bars, restaurants, nightclubs, movie theaters, bakeries, coffee houses are all within walking distance of this house! Other things to note There are cameras at every exterior door for added security.
