The street was on the edge of a nice part of town, it felt mostly safe. The experience we had overnight was terrible - the downstairs neighbors were loud all night, keeping us up until 6am, and the house was overwhelmed with the smell of marijuana even after we opened windows to air it out. When we brought this up with the property manager he insisted we were mistaken.
